Lawn Maintenance

Our weekly lawn maintenance starts at $60 per week. Our pricing is based on a basic flat yard with minimal obstacles, trees, slopes, ditches exc..

• 1/4 of an acre $60-70 per week (Small Yard Minimum Obstacles)

• 1/3 of an acre $65-75 per week ( Medium Yard)

• 1/2 acre $75-85 per week (Large Property)

• 3/4 of an acre $85-95 per week

• Larger Property. Our equipment setup is setup for smaller properties 3/4 acre and below depending on the size your property may be too large. The only properties we will be taking on larger than 3/4 of an acre would be commercial properties, or properties with smaller mowing areas.

*Prices above are for recurring lawn maintenance and the first service may be more. If you are looking for a one time service our billing rate is $150 an hour, plus and additional $50 if our blades are damaged due to buried items.
